Shipment
For all national orders, the courier in charge of transporting and delivering your order is GLS. For international orders is Poste Italiane.
For national orders we offer two shipping options: registered (tracked) and express. Registered shipping is the cheaper option, but it will takes 1 to 4 working days to reach the destination. Express shipping allows you to receive your package in 1 maximum 2 working days.
For international orders we offer two shipping options: standard and registered (tracked). Standard shipping is the cheaper option, but it does not offer any tracking information. Registered (tracked) shipping allows you to know where your package is at all times, making it ideal for international orders.
The estimated lead time is: 1 to 3 working days

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns according to the European legislation for online purchases.
You will have 14 days to return the purchased goods to us (keep in mind that the shipping costs for the return and any customs costs applied are entirely at your expense).
Please take a look carefully to the accessories before buying them and kindly note that we do our best for displaying all our products in the most coherent way.
Please make sure all items are returned complete and in their original condition. Returns that do not comply with these policies will not be refunded. If not, we will refund you as soon as possible.
